May Day Flower Power Weekend

Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Grimsby, are all within an hour’s drive, Newark and Lincoln are just over an hour.
We have many garden centres around us including Silica Lodge and Brigg both have dog friendly areas for food, Brigg town is also a lovely place to visit.
The walk along the old railway has a café at the end. You can also walk along the canal.

We will be celebrating the Flower Power era if anyone wants to join in with fancy dress for you or your van, we will have prizes.
Friday welcome flag followed with the village bingo in the hall for cash prizes.
Saturday a Bowls match with the villagers should you fancy a go, they have spare bowls to borrow.
Gary will have his games set up.
Ricky Graham will be entertaining us for the 60’s fun and food with Ken and Gary in the hall.
Sunday a walk will be arranged for anyone that would like to jon in.
Sunday night is the 2 course meal, followed by great demand the fabulous Chris Marshal to entertain us.
Monday sadly we will be having the closing flag and time to go home.
