Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Northern Division of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at Southport Masonic Hall, Duke Street, Southport PR8 1LS on Saturday 17^th October 2026.

The AGM will commence promptly at 2pm.

Refreshments will be served prior to the meeting.

Notices of Motions signed by the Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) must be in the hands of the Division Administrator not less than 3 calendar months prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Nomination for Officers must be signed by the Nominee, Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) and be in the hands of the Division Administrator not less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

This meeting is open to ALL members living within the Northern Division or registered with a constituent local Centre of our Division.

All attendees will be required to prove current membership of the Caravan and Motorhome Club (card / app) to gain access to the meeting and to be able to speak and vote at the AGM.
