DESCRIPTION:Ambleside Rugby Club\, Borrans Rd\, Ambleside\, LA22 0EN \nThe Rally will run Sunday to Sunday 7th – 14th June 2026 at Ambleside Rugby Club.   Full week bookings only! \nLots of places to visit including Bowness\, Grasmere\, Keswick market\, or hop aboard a boat for a pleasure cruise around Windermere. There are lots of enjoyable walks for the more energetic Ralliers. \nThe site itself is a 10 minute walk into Ambleside centre where there are lots of shops\, pubs\, and cafes\, or in the other direction 10 minute walk to the pier. \nThere will be lots going on including a game of Cornhole\, quizzes\, bingo\, raffle etc. Weather permitting there will be an organised walk with Brian Needham. \nThe Clubhouse /bar will be open Weds – Sun.  1-2 evenings there will be entertainment/music. \nSiting of units will be on grass. Elsan and fresh water is available\nPLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 1pm. \nAs always there will be bacon butties and afternoon tea (scones) \nPlease let us know if anyone requires a vegetarian option. \nThe price for the week is:\n£175 per unit payable upon booking (2 persons + unit)\nExtra person £2 per day

For what we hope will be a fun filled weekend.\nThe rally will start at 2.00pm on 20 nd March\, please do not arrive before this time without prior permission from the rally Officers as we cannot arrive until 1pm.\nThere is plenty to do and see around the area and lots of nice places to visit.\nShopping in St. Anne’s which is within walking distance\, or local Bus stop.\nThere is also Lytham\, Blackpool\, Cleveleys and Fleetwood Market all not too far away.\nThe Club is licensed and does lovely food Friday and Saturday nights as those who have been before will agree . Please check times for the Kitchen serving so as not to be disappointed. \nFriday night is free and easy and the Bar in the club is open.\nWe are holding a rally opening at approx. 7.30pm at the rally Officers Caravan . Weather permitting.\nSaturday night we will be having our usual Bingo games and quizzes for all ages.\nThere are also toilet facilities and hot showers available for your use\, please keep the main door closed when you leave them.
